Refund policy

At The Decimal, we are committed to delivering premium quality products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• The item must be in its original condition.

Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

If the return is rejected due to quality inspection failure, the product will be shipped back.

 

Exchange

We offer size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

 

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
• Damaged product

Return shipping charges will be borne by The Decimal.

For any other reason, return shipping charges may apply.
